Junegie currently serves as Senior Strategy Advisor at Pomerleau, Quebec’s leading construction
company and one of the top four general contractors in Canada. Pomerleau specializes in the EPC
(Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) of lithium-ion battery value chains across Canada.
Junegie holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Nantes, France. His professional journey includes
roles as a research scientist at the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands and as a senior
engineer at Samsung SDI in South Korea. Additionally, he worked at Air Liquide. Furthermore, Junegie has
served as the CTO at both Sixtron Advanced Materials Inc. and Targray in Montreal, Canada.
Currently, he dedicates his expertise to advancing renewable energy and clean technology, driving
electrification and decarbonization toward a Net-Zero carbon emission future by 2050.
