He is a member of the International Advisory Board of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an executive professor in residence at the Schulich School of Business at York University and a lecturer in International Strategic Planning in the School’s IMBA Program.
Mr. Sigel holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor of laws/juris doctor degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto.
MICHAEL LANDRY is Principal of Davenport Advisory Inc., which specializes in public and corporate affairs and government relations. He brings a global perspective to gain support from governments, their agencies and other stakeholders in helping clients meet their business objectives in Canada and in international markets.
Previously, Michael was Vice President, Corporate Development at Manulife Financial, where he was an officer of the company and member of the global head office leadership team in Toronto.
He was active on strategic initiatives encompassing the company’s corporate office and global operations, including Asian business development initiatives, such as the company’s successful entries to China, Japan and Vietnam, and worked closely with the U.S. operations on a wide variety of files.
Prior to joining Manulife Financial, Michael held senior positions in the Ontario government as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Finance, Executive Assistant to the Minister of Health and Special Assistant to the Minister of Industry.
He is a member of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and its International Affairs Committee, a member of the Global Services Coalition and is Vice-Chair of the Canadian Services Coalition. He was a member of the Canada China Business Council Board of Directors and its Executive Committee, and a member of the Canada India Business Council Board of Directors.

John D. Tennant is a former Canadian diplomat and trade commissioner whose eighteen year involvement with Asia Pacific included service as Director General for Asia Pacific in Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada. Subsequently, from 2002 through 2008, John was CEO of Canada’s Technology Triangle Inc., the public-private regional economic development partnership for Ontario’s Waterloo Region, including the cities of Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo. John currently heads his own strategic consulting firm, W2N2 Partnership, which leads initiatives and advises government, economic development agencies, academic institutions and business. He is also a Co-Founder and Principal in the Global Investment Attraction Group. John is a board director and holds the ICD.D professional certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Todd Grunberg is a senior executive with C level management & financial experience, with over 30 years of tangible accomplishments with multinational technology-based companies, in various progressive executive capacities. In addition to his corporate finance expertise, he also brings extensive multinational government relations and negotiating skills in the Americas, Asia and Europe.
He also has senior general management experience in an oilfield services firm, including managing the global expansion of the firm. As a corporate finance advisor and investment banker, he has led IPOs, secured distribution agreements, and presented position papers to regulatory bodies and the White House. Building on his international contacts, he identified a company capable of exploiting one of South Asia’s largest coal bed methane reserves. He has also advised on the M&A strategy, business/asset valuation and helped close a number of Private Placements in excess of $10 million. Todd has been a director of small- and mid-sized companies.
